Matthew Jones, a.k.a. DoLa, is one of the most open-minded and versatile young producers in the Midwest. Exposure to multiple walks of life allowed DoLa to learn and grow in a well-rounded manner. Influences from many musical genres come together to create a wide variety of new sounds from a gifted producer that can do more than just Hip-Hop/R&B. The approach to his production emphasizes music as communication. DoLa has an uncanny ability to reproduce an artist's vision in the form of an instrumental, while his songwriting skills make him easy to work with. Armed with a focused work ethic, passion, knowledge, and a musical gift, DoLa will continue to bring the best out of everyone he works with.
